The Steps We Take
STEP 1
DESIGN & SELECTION
Objective: Capture your vision & finalize material choices.
Consultation: Meet our specialists in our climate‑controlled showroom. We’ll review laminate, solid surface and stone samples side‑by‑side.
Edge Profiles & Details: Choose from a variety of edge profiles, integrated sink options and finishes to match your aesthetic.
Budget & Timeline: Get a transparent quote with lead‑times for each material type and service level.
STEP 2
TEMPLATING
Objective: Create detailed plans of your countertop.
On Site Appointment: Our template visits your site to measure every aspect of your project. For stone applications, we use a laser to take precise digital measurements and create a digital plan. For laminate and solid surface countertops we make a detailed plan that will allow for accurate fabrication in our shop.
Digital Plans: Within 24 hours, you receive detailed templates for approval—no surprises, no guesswork.
Review: We have a review process in the office to ensure that we have made an accurate plan for our fabrication teams.
STEP 3
FABRICATION & QUALITY CONTROL
Objective: Turn templates into flawless countertops.
In House Work: Laminate and solid surface pieces are cut, edged and polished on site under our rigorous QA checklist.
Partner Fabrication: Stone slabs (quartz, marble, granite) are CNC machined by our trusted fabrication partners, then undergo our inspection protocols.
Final Inspection: Every piece is measured, checked for finish quality and protected for transport.
STEP 4
INSTALL
Objective: Seamless delivery, precise fit & clean completion.
Scheduling: Once we know that your countertop is ready to install we will schedule the installation date. This is usually 2-3 weeks from the template date for quartz, sooner for laminate.
Certified Installers: Your counters are installed by specialists who handle seam alignment, caulking and sealing.
Clean & Inspect: We leave your space broom clean, then we provide you with care and warranty information.
